Having completed film school in Orlando, Florida, I embarked on a week long
trip Across America
with my classmate and friend, Erik Wieder, to Hollywood, California.
I discovered that my dream of becoming a Cinematographer would not be as
easy as I had anticipated and impossible considering my finances.
I also came to find that my education was inadequate for a position in
entertainment business.
With my money depleted, I was forced to call it quits;
Los Angeles was just too expensive.

Then I worked for WGFL CBS 4 in Gainesville, Florida, as a Promotion/Production
Producer for over a year.
As one of only two producers at the station, I frequently created
several TV commercials every week
(sometimes daily!). Most of my time at the station was spent working with
Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
I also Directed a season of the Ilene
Silverman Show.

Now I'm working on my production company, Táve
Entertainment, with my wife, Karen.
We'd like to see Táve become a full service media company in South Florida.
Initially Táve will fill the traditional role of a production company,
eventually reaching out into other realms of entertainment services.

I was a student at Full Sail,
where I received an Associate of Science in Film Production.
My hope was to obtain a more general and well
rounded understanding of the filmmaking process prior to entering the
market. I came away with exactly that. For more details, read through
the Full Sail section section of this site.
